How do TM30 integrations look and feel?

We’re using integrated guest profile to TM30 which is required [Gender], [Passport No.], [Nationality], and [Birth Date] to be input. Please find more information as followed.

[Front Office]
1. FO check-in all guests with followed fields [Gender], [Passport No.], [Nationality], and [Birth Date] in CloudBeds.
2. FO receive notification email attached with XLS file every morning.
3. FO logon to [Notifications of residence of foreigners] to upload the XLS file.
4. FO follow the [instruction] to upload XLS file.

What is TM30 integrations requirement?
  1. Requirements

To comply with the TM30 requirements, all guest profiles in Cloudbeds must have the following fields filled in Cloudbeds: Gender, Passport No., Nationality and Birth Date in CloudBeds. 

It is recommended to make the above fields mandatory in the booking engine configuration

  • Mecx-Tech pulls guest data (name, last name, gender, DOB, nationality, passport number, phone number and check-out date) of the day check-ins to generate an Excel spreadsheet sent by email on the next day.
How to connect MECX-TECH for the first time?

Once you are ready to move forward with implementation, Our Customer Services team will perform initial installation together with hotel’s IT team or any other person in charge of IT systems.

Procedure for connecting hotel interface for the first time:

  1. Login to your [Cloudbeds Account] and select the ‘Account’ icon in the top right corner.
  2. Scroll down and click on ‘Apps & Marketplace’.
  3. Search for Foreign national residence notification (TM. 30)
  4. Click ‘Learn More’ and, then, Connect APP
  5. Accept the permissions and you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page.

The connection is automatic after completing the connection steps above and the report will be sent automatically to the reservations email address. If they need to add email addresses, please, email Mecx support ([email protected]).

How to go live after connecting MECX-TECH?

We do not required any configuration in CloudBeds. We will send email to front office every morning.

How to disconnect MECX-TECH?

To disconnect the interface, it is necessary to follow the standard procedure of disconnecting an app in Cloudbeds PMS.

What happens if I forget to fill in some of the mandatory fields in the guest profile (e.g. date of birth)?

If the property does not fill in any of the required fields on the guest profile, they will need to add these details in XLS file manually

Does your software comply with GDPR?
  • MECX-TECH does not store any details and only transfers data from personal and travel documents into CloudBeds. There are various data protection features that allow hotels to comply with different data privacy laws and regulations.
